Ostheimer Fox Running

Rust-red and low to the ground, this fox is mid-hunt — quick, purposeful, perfectly balanced. A natural addition to any Ostheimer woodland or farm scene, and a figure that children reach for instinctively when they want a character with intention.

Hand-carved and hand-painted in Germany since 1976, each Ostheimer figure is shaped from sustainably sourced wood and finished with non-toxic, plant-based watercolours. No two pieces are identical.
