Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders containing pre-order items may have extended processing times — you will be notified of any delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and other carriers as selected at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the service selected. Exact rates and estimated times are shown at checkout.
Free shipping on orders over $150. Orders below $150 are charged at a rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International shipping
We primarily serve customers in the United States. International shipping may be available for some destinations — rates and availability are calculated at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. HASSLER BLOCKHAUS has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Outlet items — shipping
Outlet items are subject to specific shipping terms that differ from our standard policy:
- Free shipping threshold. Outlet items do not count towards the $150 free shipping threshold. If the non-Outlet portion of your order independently qualifies for free shipping, your Outlet items will be included in that shipment at no additional charge.
- Outlet-only orders. Orders comprising solely Outlet items are not eligible for free shipping regardless of order value. A flat shipping rate will be calculated and applied at checkout.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at info@hasslerblockhaus.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
