1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from hasslerblockhaus.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This store is operated by Hassler Heirloom Toys LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Ohio, United States.

2. Products

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product images are representative; natural wood pieces may vary slightly in grain and colour — this is a feature, not a defect.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless you have selected another currency. Applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

4. Orders and cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, our Returns Policy applies. To cancel an order contact us immediately at info@hasslerblockhaus.com.

5. Pre-order items

Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless you request a split shipment. Processing time for pre-order orders begins from the date the pre-order item becomes available.

6. Outlet items

Items listed on our Outlet page are offered at reduced prices to reflect minor cosmetic imperfections, damaged or missing packaging, or their status as ex-display or sample pieces. The functional integrity and safety of each item is verified before listing. By purchasing an Outlet item you acknowledge and accept its described condition.

All Outlet purchases are final sale. Outlet items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances other than our standard policy for items that arrive damaged in transit or are materially different from their listing description (see Returns & Refunds).

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photography, copy, brand names, and design — is owned by or licensed to Hassler Heirloom Toys LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hassler Heirloom Toys LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Ohio.
